  4. May 16,  · M People R the ultimate feel good band that combine dance with house and saxophones and other jazzy instruments. This music will make you dance and groove till midnight and longer. There is a version which has 5 live tracks ("Moving On Up" live is the best thing ever) and 5 remixes (the Junior Vasquez Sound Factory Mix of "Padlock" is like heaven)/5(30).
  5. M People R great, and so is this album. It contains loads of well known songs, like "Sight For Sore Eyes", the classic "Search For The Hero", another classic "Open Your Heart", "Love Rendezvous" and just another classic "Itchycoo Park". Besides from these classics, there R the groovy "Drive Time" (you really drive me wild) and "Sugar Town" (rain in sugar town), and some tracks that R only a little bit /5(30).
  6. View credits, reviews, tracks and shop for the CD release of Bizarre Fruit II on Discogs. Label: Deconstruction - 2 • Format: 2x, CD Album, Compilation, Reissue • Country: Europe • Genre: Electronic, Funk / Soul, Pop • Style: House, Synth-pop.
  7. Bizarre Fruit is chock-full of funky house grooves, and Small 's deep, soulful vocals add just the right touch to the mix, making M People considerably warmer than most contemporary dance acts. The "Moving on Up" soundalike "Open Your Heart" was a major club success in its own right.
  8. Bizarre Fruit, M People's second American release, continues the hook-laden disco-soul gallivanting of Elegant Slumming. This self-produced album is not one long throbbing dance marathon; the group's unifying vision of emotive pop music pulls together a collection of actual songs.
  9. Bizarre Fruit is the third album by the British dance band M People. It was released on 14 November and charted and peaked at number 4 on the UK Albums Chart, spending one year on the chart before an expanded version of the album, Bizarre Fruit II, was released a year later.
